Lake Fire Suppression Crew.

Dates of employment , number of hours worked per week and description of the
duties performed for each position held.
Provide a list of current references.
Related college courses, include a copy of unofficial transcripts, if applicable.
Copy of your DD-214 .
Condition of Employment:
Applicants must pass a work capacity test (pack test) as a condition of hire. The pack test consists
of a 3-mile hike with a 45-pound pack over level terrain. The test must be completed in
45 minutes or less. Applicants that fail the test will not be officered a firefighting position.
